Two leaders at The Oaks at Lebanon were honored to be featured in Women in Business magazine.
Angie Kutsch, Executive Director, has loyally served at The Oaks at Lebanon through her career, beginning as a caregiver in 1990. She’s served as Executive Director for 18 years, a well-respected leader in the community.
Jenni Grove, Director of Sales and Outreach, has been serving seniors at The Oaks at Lebanon for almost nine years. She is a strong advocate of seniors and is active in the local community, supporting organizations and events like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Lebanon Strawberry Festival, Lebanon Chamber Ambassadors, and Lebanon Rotary.
The Oaks at Lebanon is a trusted senior living community with a 36-year legacy. Angie and Jenni are two of the incredible long-tenured teammates at The Oaks, many with over 20 years of service in our senior living community.
Here’s what Angie and Jenni shared during their Q&A with Women in Business.
What keeps you motivated in your career?
Angie: “Love for my residents.”
Jenni: “I love helping potential residents find a place where they can thrive. Loneliness can be overwhelming, but living in community brings true health and joy. It’s wonderful to see residents engage life and have a heck of a lot of fun!”
“The Oaks is a place where we engage life and have a heck of a lot of fun” is a tagline the team has lived by for years. And this shows in their quality care, lively atmosphere, and happy residents and families!
What are you most proud of professionally?
Angie: “Continued success at The Oaks and my team.”
Jenni: “I love helping pull seniors out of isolation. We’ve stayed over 90% full in our 104 apartments for the last eight years.”
